Leisa Gustafson To All Instructors
I accepted Jesus as my personal Savior as a young child and have watched in amazement His sovereign hand leading me. After graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Special Education for the Deaf, I taught the Deaf for several years in Lansing Schools. After moving to Grand Rapids and starting a family, I decided to stay home and raise my children based on biblical principles. I have home schooled my eight children, work as the director of the Deaf ministry at my church, and have taught in public, private and charter schools as well as homeschoolers. I have taught homeschoolers ASL, philosophy, American, Ancient, Medieval and 20th Century History for the last 39 years at Teenworks, the PTC, Four Square and most recently, privately.
